INGREDIENTS

  • 1 lb Coleman Ground Pork
  • 1/2 c. Green cabbage, thinly sliced and then chopped
  • 1 small carrot, finely shredded
  • 1/4 c. Scallions, diced
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2-3 tsp minced ginger
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 package wonton wrappers
  • Water, for helping close the wonton wrappers
Soy Honey Dipping sauce
  • 6 tbsp soy sauce, reduced sodium
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp scallions diced
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • Red pepper flakes, a couple dashes

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a medium bowl, mix together ground pork, cabbage, carrot, garlic, ginger and soy sauce.
  2. Then lay out a wonton wrapper and place about 1 tbsp of ground pork mix in the center. Wet your finger with the water and rub along the outer edges of the wonton wrapper. Fold the wrapper together forming a triangle and press edges together to seal (try to make sure all air is removed from the wonton while doing this). Place on parchment lined baking sheet. Repeat with remaining mix. Makes around 40 wontons.
  3. Once they are all sealed, preheat air fryer to 350 degrees. Spray basket with a little olive oil and place 8-10 wontons inside (making sure they aren’t really touching and in a single layer). Spray with more olive oil and then cook for 5-6 minutes until edges are crispy and they are browning, shake or turn wontons halfway through.
  4. Repeat until all wontons are cooked.
  5. While wontons are cooking, whisk together ingredients for dipping sauce.
  6. Dip wontons in sauce and enjoy!
