INGREDIENTS

  • 4 Slices of Sourdough Bread
  • 2 tablespoon Butter Softened
  • ⅛ teaspoon Dried Thyme
  • ⅛ teaspoon Dried Rosemary
  • ⅛ teaspoon Sea Salt
  • ½ Small Fuji or Honeycrisp Apple
  • 4 Cooked Strips of Coleman Bacon
  • 4 Slices Havarti Cheese
  • Organic Tomato Soup

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Combine herbs into a small bowl and set aside
  2. On one side of the slices spread butter and sprinkle with dried herbs and spices
  3. Flip the bread over and lay sliced Havarti on both sides
  4. Place cooked bacon on top of one side
  5. Slice half of a small apple into thin slices about ⅛-1/4 inch thick. Place sliced apple in a single layer on the opposite slice of bread you put the bacon on
  6. Drizzle honey over top of the bacon and apples, and bring the two slices together forming your sandwich
  7. Place your sandwiches on a pan on low heat for 5 minutes then flip and cook an additional 5 minutes on low. Cook until the outside of each slice of bread is crispy and the cheese is melted
  8. Serve with heated tomato soup and ENJOY!
