These Bacon-Pork Burgers combine juicy Coleman all-natural meats ground pork seasoned with Spice Tribe Seasoning, crispy Coleman all-natural meats bacon, and fresh toppings, all on a toasted St Pierre brioche bun. Perfect for tailgating or game day!

INGREDIENTS

For the burgers
For the spicy aioli
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon hot sauce (adjust to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a large skillet, fry the Coleman all-natural meats bacon over medium heat until crispy, about 5-6 minutes per batch. Set aside on paper towels to drain. Each burger will have 3-5 slices of bacon.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine Coleman all-natural ground pork with Spice Tribe seasoning. Form into four equal patties.
  3. In the same skillet, cook the pork patties over medium heat for about 4 minutes per side until fully cooked through (internal temperature of 160°F). During the last minute of cooking, add cheese slices on top to melt.
  4. While the patties cook, lightly toast the St Pierre brioche buns on a grill pan or in the oven until golden.
  5. In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, minced garlic, hot sauce, and lemon juice to create a spicy aioli.
  6. Spread the spicy aioli on both halves of the toasted brioche buns. Add the pork patty, top with crispy bacon, and finish with fresh toppings like lettuce, tomato, pickles, and red onion.
