INGREDIENTS

  • 4 XL tortillas
  • 6 eggs
  • 1½ tbsp whole milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 4 hash brown patties
  • 1 package Coleman Hickory Smoked Turkey Bacon
  • Smashed avocado (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Line a sheet pan with parchment or foil. Lay out the Coleman turkey bacon in a single layer. Place into a 400-degree oven for 15-20 minutes, or until it is crisp to your liking.
  2. While bacon is cooking, prepare your scrambled eggs and your hash brown patties.
  3. Once your turkey bacon and eggs are ready, place a tortilla in the microwave for up to 20 seconds to make it more pliable for folding.
  4. Place your warm tortilla on your work surface and place about a tablespoon of cheese in the center of the tortilla, then place about a ¼ cup of eggs on top of the shredded cheese.
  5. Next, take 2 slices of your Coleman Turkey Bacon and cut or rip in half so you have 4 half pieces and place on top of the eggs in your tortilla.
  6. Next, you’ll grab a hash brown patty and place on top of your turkey bacon, finally add about 1-2 tablespoons of cheese on the patty.
  7. Now, fold up your tortilla around the hash brown. Place fold side down into a preheated skillet.(these next steps are a second way to fold your Crunchwrap).
  8. Place your Tortilla on your work space, cut from the center to one edge of your tortilla so that you have a flap.
  9. In your first quadrant place about a tablespoon of your shredded cheese, in your second quadrant spread out your avocado and top with your hash brown patty, in your third quadrant place about a quarter cup of your scrambled eggs and top with 2 pieces, ripped in half, of your Coleman Turkey Bacon, in your final quadrant you can place about a ½ tablespoon of shredded cheese or more avocado or your favorite sauce.
  10. Now, fold the flap with your shredded cheese up over the avocado and hash brown and repeat for the next two quadrants until you have a triangle pocket.
  11. Cook for about 2-3 minutes on medium heat and then flip and repeat for the second side.
  12. Now, you can serve with all your favorite toppings like avocado, salsa and sour cream. Enjoy!
