  • 1 tin of pre-made biscuits
  • 1 lb Coleman mild breakfast pork sausage
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • ⅓ cup flour
  • 3 to 3½ cups milk
  • Black pepper and salt to taste

Brown sausage in a skillet

Add butter, melt it down

Stir in flour + pepper until coated

Slowly pour in milk while stirring. Simmer ‘til thick (3–5 min)

Add extra milk if needed and salt to taste
