INGREDIENTS

  • 1 tin of pre-made biscuits
  • 1 lb Coleman mild breakfast pork sausage
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • ⅓ cup flour
  • 3 to 3½ cups milk
  • Black pepper and salt to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Brown sausage in a skillet
  2. Add butter, melt it down
  3. Stir in flour + pepper until coated
  4. Slowly pour in milk while stirring. Simmer ‘til thick (3–5 min)
  5. Add extra milk if needed and salt to taste
  6. Serve over warm biscuits and ENJOY!
