Description

There’s something magical about the morning after a holiday feast—when the house is still quiet, the leftovers are calling, and comfort food feels like a gift in itself. These Hot Ham & Cheese Croissants take your Coleman All Natural Meats Applewood Smoked Uncured Spiral Ham and turn it into something irresistible: buttery, flaky sliders filled with melty Swiss and brushed with a sweet–savory glaze that caramelizes in the oven.

Ingredients

For the Sliders

  • 6–8 mini croissants, halved
  • 3–4 slices Swiss cheese, halved
  • Leftover Coleman All Natural Meats Applewood Smoked Uncured Bone-in Spiral Ham (enough to generously layer)
  • Cooking spray (for the baking dish)

For the Glaze

  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1/8 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon poppy seeds
  • Pinch garlic powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

1
Prep the oven & dish: Preheat the oven to 375°F and lightly spray a small baking dish with cooking spray.
2
Assemble the sliders: Slice croissants in half, place the bottoms in the dish, layer with halved Swiss slices, top with leftover ham, and place the croissant tops back on.
3
Make the glaze: Combine butter, onion powder, brown sugar, Dijon, poppy seeds, garlic powder, and Worcestershire in a small bowl, microwave 30 seconds, and whisk until smooth.
4
Glaze the croissants: Brush the warm glaze all over the tops of the croissants.
5
Bake: Bake for 15–18 minutes until golden and melty.

Notes

● Swap Swiss for provolone, cheddar, or gruyère.
● Amazing with leftover cranberry sauce or a Dijon dipping sauce.
● Perfect for brunch boards, holiday mornings, or using up holiday ham.
