Ingredients

Kielbasa Board

  • 16 ounces Coleman Polish Kielbasa Uncured Sausage
  • 8 ounce Coleman Applewood Smoked Uncured Bacon
  • Pickled Red Onions
  • Jalapeño Stuffed Olives
  • German Red Cabbage
  • Pepper Jack Cheese Sauce (see additional recipe)
  • Banana Peppers
  • Stone Ground Brown Mustard
  • Rolls for Sandwiches

Pepper Jack Cheese Sauce

  • 1 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1 c. Whole milk
  • 3/4 c. Pepper jack cheese, freshly shredded
  • 3/4 c. White cheddar cheese, freshly shredded
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

Cook bacon and kielbasa to desired done-ness.

Heat a medium sauce pan over medium-low heat. Add butter and flour and whisk together until it forms a rue and thickens.

Slowly pour in whole milk. Whisk until thickened, about 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat.

Whisk in shredded cheese and pinch of salt, whisk until completely melted.
