INGREDIENTS

  • Bolillo Buns
  • Coleman All Natural Meats Sugar-Free Applewood Smoked Uncured Bacon
  • Beef Hot Dogs
  • Onions
  • Tomatoes (Chopped)
  • Condiments (Mayonnaise, Mustard, Ketchup, Hot Sauce)
  • Optional Toppings (Avocado, Pinto Beans, Cheese, Sautéed Mushrooms)

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Wrap each hot dog with a slice of bacon, ensuring it is tightly secured around the hot dog.
  2. Cook the onions and hot dogs in a large skillet. Keep rotating the hot dogs until all sides are evenly crispy.
  3. While the hot dogs are cooking, steam the buns by loosely wrapping them in paper towels and microwaving them for about 7 to 10 seconds until soft and warm.
  4. Once the hot dogs and buns are ready, place each hot dog in a steamed bun.
  5. Add cooked or raw onions.
  6. Add chopped tomato.
  7. Spread mayonnaise over the tomatoes and press lightly to adhere to the tomatoes.
  8. Add mustard, ketchup, beans, avocado, pickled jaleopeno, or hot sauce if you like!
