  1. Preheat oven to 375F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. arrange bacon on baking sheet and bake for 16-17 minutes, turning after 9-10 minutes. Once bacon is crispy, remove and place on a paper towel lined plate.
  2. Assemble the sandwich. Spread lemon aioli on each side of the bread. Add the tomato, arugula, and then bacon. Cut and enjoy!
