Ingredients

  • Leftover Coleman Uncured Ham Steak
  • 1 pie dough
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 c. Heavy cream, or whole milk
  • 1 1/2 c. Frozen chopped spinach, squeeze/drain as much liquid out as you can
  • 2 c. Shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

Roll out pie dough in pie dish, set aside.

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together eggs and milk or cream.

Add in ham, spinach, cheese, salt and pepper. Stir until combined well.

Pour egg mix into pie dough.

Bake for 20 minutes. Then reduce temperature to 350 degrees and bake for 40-45 minutes.

Let rest for about 10 minutes before slicing. Enjoy!
