Preheat oven to 375°F.

Wrap each kielbasa bite with a half slice of bacon and secure it in place with a toothpick. Place all 20 bacon wrapped kielbasa sausages on a parchment-lined baking sheet and set aside.

Brush each bite with either chili sauce or sriracha to coat evenly.

Bake until the bacon is cooked through and the glaze caramelizes, about 20 minutes. Serve with mustard for dipping.
