Baked Bacon Wrapped Shrimp Crostini

Preheat the oven to 375°F.
Wrap each shrimp with half a slice of bacon and secure with a toothpick.
In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, hot sauce, and honey. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Brush the baguette slices with olive oil and place them on a baking sheet. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
Place the bacon-wrapped shrimp on another baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Brush the shrimp with the mayonnaise mixture and bake for 20 minutes or until the bacon is crispy and the shrimp are cooked through.
To assemble, place a piece of the crispy baguette on a plate and top with a bacon-wrapped shrimp. Garnish with fresh parsley or cilantro.
