1
Remove pizza dough from refrigeration and let sit on your counter, to reach room temp
2
Heat a saute pan, add one tablespoon of oil, and add the ground beef. Cook to brown, breaking up into small pieces as it cooks. Once browned, strain off and discard the grease, and set the cooked beef aside in a small bowl.
3
Using the same pan, cook the bacon until just shy of crisp but still a little chewy. Discard the fat and place the cooked bacon on paper towels to drain. Cut into one-inch pieces. Set aside.
4
Sprinkle flour on a clean surface. Stretch the pizza dough to the desired shape and thickness, rolling the edges to create a crust.
5
Melt ½ cups of butter and add garlic salt and Italian seasonings; brush on the crust to add flavor.
6
Spread pizza sauce over the crust, leaving 1/2 inch around the edge. Sprinkle cheese over sauce. Add ground pork, bacon, chorizo crumbles, and pepperoni. Sprinkle Italian seasoning over the top.
7
Bake in a preheated oven to 450 on the lowest oven rack for 12-15 minutes until the cheese is melted and the crust is golden brown. Slice into pieces and serve.
